PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible tube for an endoscope having excellent durability to sterilization. SOLUTION: In the flexible tube for an endoscope, a spiral tube, a reticulated tube covering this spiral tube, an outer skin coated around the outer periphery of this reticulated tube, and a coat layer coated around the outer periphery of this outer skin are equipped, and the outer skin comprises a polymer type polyolefin elastomer, and it is characterized by heating it above the crystal melting temperature of the polymer type polyolefin elastomer and coating with the coating layer after coating with the outer skin.
