PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dental model profile evaluation program which can objectively and quantitatively evaluate a formed profile of a tooth by a simple process, a dental model profile evaluation apparatus, a three-dimensional profile measuring apparatus, and a dental model profile evaluation system. SOLUTION: The dental model profile evaluation program makes a computer execute an evaluation process to evaluate the quality of a formation level of the dental model on the basis of the dental model profile data acquired by measuring the dental model with the three-dimensional profile measuring apparatus and an output process to output a result of the evaluation process, wherein the evaluation process is to evaluate the quality of the formation level of the above dental model by a process to compare the maximum permissible profile data and the dental model profile data and a process to compare the minimum permissible profile data and the above dental model profile data.
