PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively reduce the burden applied to a user when the user takes a posture with bent legs. SOLUTION: The bending posture holder is used for holding the legs of the user in the bending posture. The bending posture holder comprises an upper member 1 to be attached to the back of a thigh region A of the user, a lower member 2 to be attached to the back of a lower leg region B, and a connection member 3 for connecting the upper member 1 and the lower member 2 bendably. The upper member 1 has a holder member 4 for holding the members 1 and 2 in the bent state, and the lower member 2 has a restraining member 5 for restraining the bending displacement of the members 1 and 2 by abutting on an end part 11 of the holder member 4.
