A rear seat arrangement (16) comprises a rear vehicle seat (20) arranged behind a front vehicle seat (18). The seat back (22) of both the seats is foldable against the respective seat portion (24) into a cargo loading position for forming a cargo loading floor. The headrest (26) of the rear seat fits into a recess in the seat back of front seat, in the loading position, so that a gapless loading floor is formed. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) rear seat arrangement; and (2) extension portion for seat back of vehicle seat.
