<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lid capable of confirming that a sealing is under a dwelling condition without being burst when a powder is sealed under a positive pressure condition, easily unsealing, and releasing the positive pressure condition without scattering the powder when it is unsealed. <P>SOLUTION: The lid is equipped with a lid body 3 having an opening part 2 and a multilayered film fitted on the inner face of the lid body 3 and comprising a metal thin film covering the opening part, and a sealing part surrounding the opening part is provided between the multilayered film and the inner face of the lid body, and after sealing, the multilayered film is expanded to the outside. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
