<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve user-participating type information linked with CM contents even during CM broadcasting to improve the advertising effect. <P>SOLUTION: A portable telephone 1 reads one of two two-dimensional codes shown on a TV screen during CM broadcasting and accesses a URL contained in the code. At this point, a user turns to decide which artist name is shown corresponding to the two-dimensional code from a music streaming on a CM. A server 2 designated by the URL receives the access from the portable telephone 1 with its access address.
