THERMOPLASTIC RESIN FILM AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a thermoplastic resin film easy to correct misalignment in laminating the film with metallic foil such as copper foil or mutually laminating the film under hot pressing, easy to visually recognize foreign substances stuck on the film surface, high in heat resistance, and suitably usable as e.g. a member for electronics applications such as printed wiring boards, and to provide a method for producing the film. SOLUTION: The thermoplastic resin film is obtained by incorporating 5-50 pts. mass of a filler(C) in 100 pts. mass of a resin comprising a thermoplastic polyimide resin(A) and a polyaryl ketone resin(B). The film is characterized by being 0.01-10μm in the maximum asperities height on the surface(determined in accordance with JIS B0601-1994). COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
