PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a threading device in which its entire construction is miniaturized, response is excellent and a plurality of cores can be rotated simultaneously. SOLUTION: This threading device A has a first die B with a projecting thread die 5a, a second die C which forms a cavity 11 together with the thread die 5a, and a plurality of cores 5 constituted in such a way that the cores 5 are arranged in lines/rows and rotatable, with the thread die 5a formed at one end and a pinion 6 fixed in a specified position and the thread die 5a projects to the first die B. In addition, the device A comprises a plurality of racks 21 to be engaged with the pinion 6 in each line or row where the core 5 is arranged, a connecting member 22a which connects a plurality of the racks 21 in one piece, a ball and nut 24 to be connected with the connecting member 22a, a ball and thread 23 which is arranged in parallel with each rack 21 and drives the ball and nut 24, and a motor 24 which is arranged adjacent to the ball and thread 23 and rotates the ball and thread 23.
