PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize an extra space secured for taking in and out a battery in a simple structure and to build a structure not generating degradation of performance due to abrasion of a contact point of each connection terminal and each terminal face of either end of the battery through taking in and out of the battery. SOLUTION: A battery lid opening and closing for taking a battery 2 in and out of an equipment is provided in a direction crossing a battery terminal, a guide part 1b and a locking recess 1a each for guiding the battery terminal are provided at the battery lid, and further. a battery lid tray 1 is provided with a battery holding part 1c for taking out the battery itself forcibly by opening the battery lid, so that the battery is easily taken out, solving such problems that there is not an enough space between the battery and a case 4 to take out the battery, the battery can not be taken out because of friction or pressure due to swelling of the battery, or the contact point is deteriorated due to friction by taking out of each contact terminal.
