PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive film which has antistatic performance and can judge whether the adhesive is properly applied or not. SOLUTION: In this adhesive film 10, at least a primer layer 15 is mixed with first electroconductive particles 17 to reduce the surface resistance of the primer layer 15, and even when a first base material 11 is charged by friction on applying the adhesive film 10 to a target adherend, electricity is leaked by the primer layer 15, and thus the adhesive layer 25 is not charged. Further, a first release layer 20 and the primer layer 15 are rendered transparent, and the adhesive layer 25 is colored differently from the first base material 11, and accordingly whether the adhesive layer 25 remains on the first release layer 20 or not can be judged by observing the surface of the first release layer 20 side of the release film 12 after the adhesive layer 25 is transferred to the target adherend and examining whether the color of the first base material 11 can be seen or not.
