PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact and convenient paper sheet aligning device capable of efficiently aligning paper sheets even if a bundle of paper sheets collecting paper sheets such as ballot in a scattered condition is charged from a front face of a paper sheet storing member by grasping it with hand. SOLUTION: In this paper sheet aligning device provided with the paper sheet storing member 4 arranged by tilting at an elevation angle to store non-aligned bundles of paper sheets, a vibration device 12 for vibrating the paper sheet storing member 4, and an air supply device 15 for blowing air toward a paper sheet fringe side 14 inside the paper sheet storing member 4, an opened part 16 for charging paper sheets is provided on a front face of the paper sheet storing member 4.
