PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication system which allows a person to operate a starting device to inform an external third person of the situation without being noticed by a criminal when facing an emergency, in order to prevent and suppress crimes such as burglary and kidnapping which will increase in future. SOLUTION: A piezoelectric sensor is buried on a carpet, a tile carpet, a wall surface, or the like, and an IP camera is started by stepping or touching on the piezoelectric sensor to inform of the situation by an image signal.
