The reel has a protection case (B1) receiving a band roller (16) and comprising a handle (3) disposed outer side to be held with hand during movable utilization. A main axle (A1) has a rigid central part (14) supported on reception slots (8) of the case, and a flexible part (15) enclosing the part (14). The flexible part is compressed for blocking the roller on a hardcover cylindrical part which packages a band.
