PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform authentication of a user retaining a certain security level, capable of increasing user convenience while reducing an authentication processing load. SOLUTION: To a group constituted of a user (administrative user) capable of representatively performing authentication of identity, subordinate users whose use is permitted only in a place where the administrative user is existent and devices, when the administrative user is authenticated through an ordinary procedure, use of a service is permitted within the range such that the administrative user can supervise the subordinate user/device, if the existence and location of the subordinate user/device can be confirmed by a token being carried, without performing individual authentication of the member and the device concerned.
