PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filling apparatus for a fluid substance, which enables the fluid substance to be easily and surely infilled into a hole provided on the surface of a sheet material, without requiring adjustment each time the thickness of the sheet material and the vacuum pressure of a filling chamber are changed. SOLUTION: A filling head 100h of this filling apparatus 100 comprises: a top board 101t which faces the surface of the sheet material 11; a side wall case 101s which abuts on the surface of the sheet material 11, one end surface of which is provided with squeegee packing 32 for rubbing the fluid substance 20, supplied to the surface of the sheet material 11, into the hole, and which forms a first hermetically-sealed space along with the top board 101t; and a sealing member o2 which is interposed between the top board 101t and the side wall case 101s, and which permits vertical relative displacement between the top board 101t and the side wall case 101s, while maintaining the hermetic sealing of the first sealed space.
