PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for providing information for issuing a warning with a proper timing, corresponding to the age of driver. SOLUTION: An age information detection part 12 detects the driver's age from personal data stored in a card key. An information providing ECU 10 confirms safety from a vehicle speed or the like when entering a temporary stop crossing, outputs a warning voice from a speaker 26 when it is determined as not being sufficiently safe, and performs the determination at a timing far from the crossing, when the driver's age is high.
