PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a positive charging property toner having excellent offset resistance, also having excellent toner properties such as color reproducibility, color developing property, transmittance, low-temperature fixability, sharp meltability, blocking resistance, charging characteristics, and pulverization property, and capable of forming good developed images over a prolonged period of time, without using bisphenol A or its derivative as a component of a polyester resin in the toner. SOLUTION: In the positive charging property toner containing a binder resin and a releasing agent, the binder resin is a nonlinear polyester resin which comprises an acid component consisting of (1) disproportionation rosin and (2) terephthalic acid and/or isophthalic acid, an alcohol component consisting of (3) glycidyl ester of a tertiary fatty acid and (4) 2-10C aliphatic diol, and a crosslinking component consisting of a polycarboxylic acid whose valence is≥3 and/or a polyol whose valence is≥3, and which has an acid value of≤10 mgKOH/g and a hydroxyl value of≤20 mgKOH/g, and the releasing agent is a wax having a polar group.
