OVERCURRENT PREVENTING CIRCUIT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an overcurrent preventing circuit which does not need a current detection dedicated high accuracy resistance element and which follows an output voltage level and can prevent the overcurrent. SOLUTION: The overcurrent preventing circuit includes an overcurrent detecting means 122 for detecting that the overcurrent flows to a load circuit 112, and a voltage control means 121 for changing a power supply voltage to supply it to the load circuit 112. The overcurrent detecting means 122 detects the voltage drop at overcurrent generation time to the voltage supplied to the load circuit 112 at normal operation time.
