<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel battery cell in which thinning, downsizing, and weight reduction are realized by devising structures of a fluid injection part and a fluid discharging part in particular. <P>SOLUTION: This is the fuel battery cell having a plate-shaped solid polyelectrolyte 1, a pair of electrode plates 2, 3 arranged on both sides of this solid polyelectrolyte 1, a pair of metal plates 4, 5 arranged on further both sides of these pair of electrode plates 2, 3, and a pair of flow passage grooves 9 formed between the electrode plates 2, 3 and the metal plates 4, 5, and regarding at least one metal plate 4 of the pair of the metal plates 4, 5, a first injection member 10 and a first discharge member 11 are mounted on its surface. These first injection member 10 and the first discharge member 11 are provided with: a first cylindrical part 10a exposed on the surface of the metal plate 4; a second cylindrical part 10b fitted into a hole formed in the metal plate 4 and caulk-joined to the metal plate 4; a first vertical flow passage 10c formed in a bag-hole shape from the second cylindrical part 10b side and communicated with one flow passage groove 9 inside the cell; and a first horizontal flow passage 10d formed from a side face part of the first cylindrical part 10a, joined by exterior pipes 12, 13, and communicated with the first vertical flow passage 10c. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
