PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powdery food additive pharmaceutical preparation easy to handle.

SOLUTION: This powdery food additive pharmaceutical preparation is such one that an aqueous solution containing a compound to be pulverized is supported with defatted soybean powder. It is possible to suitably pulverize when the compound to be pulverized is at least one kind selected from the group consisting of lactic acid, lactate, gluconic acid, glycolic acid and phytic acid. The pharmaceutical preparation is excellent in fluidity and preservation stability.
