PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable information terminal capable of outputting music and an image while synchronizing with the image and voice of a program received from a broadcasting station of a TV receiver.

SOLUTION: In the portable information terminal 10, an application executer 12 transmits a content request to a server device through mobile-body communication 11. An identifying signal capable of unidivertionally specifying content data and the content data corresponding to the identifying signal are received from the server device. The received identifying signal and content data are stored in a storage 13. The application executer 12 transmits a synchronous control request to the TV receiver 20 through a TV control-signal transmitter 14 by receiving the operation of a user. A data receiver 15 receives a synchronous control signal including an identifying signal from the TV receiver 20. The application executer 12 reads the content data corresponding to the identifying signal contained in the synchronous control signal from the storage 13 and outputs them.
