<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To browse detailed information about a commodity from the outside of a store such as a home of a customer, and to perform a reservation order, with respect to the commodity which the customer actually browses in the store and is interested in. <P>SOLUTION: The customer photographs a two-dimensional bar code 103 by a camera-equipped portable terminal 101, and stores a commodity ID extracted by analyzing the two-dimensional bar code 103 in a memory 205. The camera-equipped portable terminal 101 reads all pieces of stored information, extracts a commodity ID list, and transmits it to a commodity server 105. The commodity server 105 transmits a commodity name list to the camera-equipped portable terminal 101. The camera-equipped portable terminal 101 produces and stores a list wherein the commodity name list and information including all the commodity IDs and a store ID or the like are combined.
