PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measured data communication apparatus which makes an information collector recognize the measuring name for a code value in any case when measured data are sent. SOLUTION: A measured data generator 6 generates measured data from an optional code value and measured values for the actual measuring name of the measured values, and a communication information generator 5 generates a corresponding relation of the optional code value to the measuring name as communication information. The measured data communication apparatus sends communication information to an information collector which recognizes the measuring name of the measured values with the code value or a character string of the actual measuring name, before sending the measured data.
