PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lip cosmetic having excellent feeling in application and durability of the luster and make-up effect. SOLUTION: The lip cosmetic contains the components (A) and (B); (A) 1-20 mass% fluorinated polyether comodified silicone expressed by general formula (1) (l, m and n are integers satisfying l=0 to 500, m=1 to 500 and n=1 to 500; R<SP>1</SP>groups are each independently an unsubstituted or substituted 1-20C alkyl or aryl; R<SP>2</SP>is a 1-10C fluorine-substituted alkyl; R<SP>3</SP>is a polyoxyalkylene group expressed by C<SB>p</SB>H<SB>2p</SB>O(C<SB>2</SB>H<SB>4</SB>O)<SB>a</SB>(C<SB>3</SB>H<SB>6</SB>O)<SB>b</SB>R<SP>5</SP>; R<SP>4</SP>is R<SP>1</SP>, R<SP>2</SP>or R<SP>3</SP>; R<SP>5</SP>is H, a 1-5C alkyl or acetyl; a, b and p are integers satisfying a=0 to 100, b=0 to 100, a+b≥1 and p=2 to 6) and (B) 20-50 mass% diisostearyl malate.
