PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide new blood glucose level-depressing agent and prophylactic agent for diabetes mellitus by a concentration method in which physiological action of ocean deep water is sufficiently exhibited. SOLUTION: The blood glucose level-depressing agent is characterized by including a concentrated solution concentrated by heating an ocean deep water under reduced pressure as a raw material.
