<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell separator which has a low penetration resistance with respect to piling pressure direction. <P>SOLUTION: The manufacturing method comprises a process in which preliminary forming pieces 60 with graphite oriented in the thickness direction are formed plural pieces from a forming material that contains a thermosetting resin and graphite having different aspect ratio at temperatures less than the thermosetting temperatures of the resin, a process in which the preliminary forming pieces 60 are collected and a preliminary molding 70 is formed at temperatures less than the thermosetting temperatures of the resin, and a process in which a preliminary molding 70 is pressurized and compressed and a molding is formed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
