<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for supporting a staff so that the staff can sufficiently monitor a user in a care support facility. <P>SOLUTION: The system has a database 101 for recording vital information, a life state, and the like, for each one of the users, an IC tag 109 for holding individual identification ID, a meal amount recording device 107a for measuring the amount of the meal before and after and reading the measured data when the user take the meal, and a fifth IC tag reader 107b for reading the data regarding the identification ID of the user. The measurement result by the meal amount recording device 107a and the identification result by the fifth IC tag reader 107b are made mutually associated. This enables the database to be created by storing the data identified or measured.
