PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating agent composition which can give a coating capable of well-balancedly exhibiting antifogging performance, water-resistance, adhesion, weather resistance, and scratch resistance, to provide a coating prepared by curing the same, and to provide an antifogging sheet. SOLUTION: The coating agent composition comprises a polyalkylene glycol urethane-modified poly(meth)acrylate and a urethane-modified poly(meth)acrylate. The polyalkylene glycol urethane-modified poly(meth)acrylate is obtained by reacting a first reaction material containing a polyisocyanate compound, a polyalkylene glycol, and a compound having a (meth)acryloyl group and a hydroxyl group by using a urethanization catalyst. The urethane-modified poly(meth)acrylate is obtained by reacting a second reaction material containing a polyisocyanate compound and a compound having a (meth)acryloyl group and a hydroxyl group by using a urethanization catalyst.
