PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an excellent output signal by receiving a plurality of radio signals having different communication paths. SOLUTION: A synchronizing signal is added to an information signal having a fixed quantity of data and transmitted as the radio signal. Receivers 30a and 30b receiving the radio signals are mounted. RF processors 301a and 301b for the receivers 30a and 30b detect the communication quality of the received radio signals and generate communication-quality information QLa and QLb. Synchronous-detection holding control units 303a and 303b detect the synchronizing signals, and hold the information signals to memories 304a and 304b on the basis of the result of the detection of the synchronizing signal. Synchronous-timing signals TSa and TSb are generated. A selective processor 401 synchronously reads the information signals held to the memories 304a and 304b on the basis of the synchronous-timing signals TSa and TSb. The information signals having excellently discriminated communication quality and read from the memories for the receiving sections are outputted from a signal selective section 402 on the basis of the communication-quality information QLa and QLb.
