PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the manufacturing method of a laminated ceramic electronic part by which a lamination can be cut speedily and precisely and the laminated ceramic electronic part is obtained without defect such as layer exfoliation etc. SOLUTION: Ceramic green sheets having conductor patterns 22 becoming internal electrodes formed thereon are laminated to form the lamination 24. The lamination 24 is placed on a cut stage 26, and a plurality of heaters 28 are controlled individually to adjust temperature in a plurality of zones of the lamination 24 individually. Thus, the temperature is adjusted so as to have nearly constant distribution in the whole of the lamination 24, and the lamination is cut with a cutting blade 30. Chips obtained by cutting the lamination 24 are calcinated to produce the laminated ceramic electronic part. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
