PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle with remarkably improved mobility or carrying efficiency of the vehicle by simplifying troublesome work of releasing a parking brake in the vehicle with the parking brake. SOLUTION: The vehicle has a wheel, the parking brake, a valve device for releasing the parking brake, a hydraulic supplying device, a oil supplying pipeline, and a main control device. The valve device has a simple opening/closing type stop valve, and a check valve to be opened/closed according to a pressure difference in order to adjust oil supply. The stop valve and the check valve are connected to the parking brake through the pipeline so as to be arranged in parallel. When the parking brake is applied, the parking brake is operated by opening the stop valve to lower oil pressure. When the wheel is thereafter made into a free wheel, a brake releasing mechanism for supplying high oil pressure to the parking brake and releasing the parking brake by closing the stop valve to drive the hydraulic supplying device through the main control device is provided.
