CHUTE DEVICE OF CONCRETE MIXER TRUCK

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chute device of a concrete mixer truck, which enables an exhaust port for ready-mixed concrete to be finely adjusted in longitudinal, horizontal and vertical directions under the stopped state of the concrete mixer truck. SOLUTION: This chute device of the concrete mixer truck, which is installed in the rear of the concrete mixer truck, comprises: a main chute 1 whose base end 1a is mounted in a horizontally swingable state on a supporting shaft 8 raised from the side of a car body so as to receive the ready-mixed concrete paid out from a mixer drum 5, and which is inclined downward to a leading end 1c; an auxiliary chute 2 which is provided in such a manner that a part or the whole of an inner surface is applied to an outer surface of the main chute; an actuator 3 for expansion/contraction, one end of which is locked to the auxiliary chute, the other end of which is locked to the main chute 1, and which can increase/decrease an overall length L0from a base end of the main chute to a leading end of the auxiliary chute by its actuation; and an actuator 4 for adjustment of an angle, the base end of which is locked to the side of the car body, the leading end of which is locked to the central part of the outer surface of the main chute 1, which supports the main chute 1 along with the supporting shaft 8, and which can change an angleθof downward inclination of the main chute 1.
