PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a golf practicing machine which enables the players to swing taking varied attitudes for the improved virtual atmosphere or the like of the playing by freely inclining the surface of the hitting seat despite a simple and lighter structure. SOLUTION: The mobile hitting seat 18 has a mat part 56 where the player should stand, a support part 58 (first and second support parts 58a and 58b) which tiltably supports the mat part 56. In the support part 58, cylinder members (first and second support posts 76a and 76b) cut askew are rotatably linked together so as to make its cut surfaces (inclined surfaces 76a1 and 76b1) face each other.
