PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a down quilt, even a down quilt with seams manufactured without any special process, by sewing and preventing downs from sticking out or projecting from the seams. SOLUTION: The down quilt 11, 21 or 31 is formed by interposing a gusset cloth 15, 22 or 32 between an outer material 12 and a lining 13 constituting respective upper/lower sides of a bag body 14 to divide the inside, and filling the downs 17 for every divided sections A.
