PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging system, an imaging method, and an imaging program with which an image acquired by imaging can easily be stored to be printable with image quality intended by a user. SOLUTION: The imaging system is characterized in to include: an imaging means; a collective processing means for generating a plurality of second images subjected to image processing under different conditions from each other on the basis of a first image outputted from the imaging means and instructing a printer to collectively printing the plurality of the second images; an operation reception means for receiving a selective operation to select any of the plurality of the second images; an image processing means for generating a third image resulting from applying image processing to the first image in response to the selected second image; and a storage means for storing the third image to an external storage medium.
