PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and exactly calculate sky fraction without skilled technique. SOLUTION: The system 10 comprises a memory device 20 storing image data of a plurality of photograph images in which the sun is taken in at least one of images in either of which a vertical line is included and two duplicate points are set between adjacent images, an altitude/azimuth calculator 12 calculating the angle and azimuth of an arbitrary point of a partial image corresponding to a region surrounded by left and right direction of the photograph image and the duplication points in the photograph based on the position of the sun in the photograph image, arbitrary two positions on the vertical line and/or the position of the duplicate points, and a sky fraction calculator 16 for calculating the sky factor by extracting sky part based on pixel values in the partial image, calculating the configuration factor in an arbitrary small region in the partial image on the basis of the calculated left and right direction, elevation and azimuth, and adding the configuration factor in a small region included in the sky part.
