PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microchemical process capable of simple multiphase laminar flow stabilization which is useful for a multiphase system reaction or solvent extraction. SOLUTION: This microchemical device has a fine channel treated to show simultaneously both hydrophilicity and hydrophobicity as a property of the wall surface by applying an amphipathic surface treatment to the whole wall surface of the fine channel.
