PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fork stopper for improving the reading accuracy of an ID tag mounted on physical distribution equipment without giving damage to the physical distribution equipment, such as a container or a pallet being carried with a forklift, or cargoes loaded thereon. SOLUTION: The stopper 1 to be mounted on a fork F of the forklift comprises a tag antenna TA arranged on the front face of a lift bracket for communication with the non-contact ID tag mounted on the container. It has plate materials arranged on three faces, the front face, the right side face and the left side face. The plate material on the front face consists of two plates, namely, a lower abutting plate 2a to be parallel to a fork vertical portion when mounted on the fork and an upper inclined plate 2b arranged on the upper side of the lower abutting plate 2a in a backward inclined state.
