PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper feeder allowing an operator to relatively comfortably and easily set a rolled sheet thereon without using a special mounting device. SOLUTION: The paper feeder comprises a first flange part 10 engageable with a first end 31 of the rolled sheet 30 for changing the attitude of the rolled sheet 30 in the engaging condition between an approximately vertical attitude and an approximately horizontal attitude and a second flange part 20 engageable with a second end 32 of the rolled sheet 30 in the state that the rolled sheet 30 is in the approximately horizontal attitude.
