PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper sheet handling device capable of taking out and conveying paper sheets to perform predetermined cleaning of paper powder adhered to a conveyance means such as a delivery roller, a feeding roller or a conveyance roller, a conveyance belt efficiently. SOLUTION: Charged mail P is delivered by the delivery roller 20, is separated one by one by the feeding roller 21 and a reverse rotation roller 22, and is fed into the device. The feeding roller 21 is provided with a paper powder cleaning roller 27 having a rubber sponge having a foaming hole having average diameter of 50 to 500μm on a surface in contact with the feeding roller 21. By rotating and driving the paper powder cleaning roller 27 by providing difference in relative speed with the feeding roller 21, paper powder on a surface of the feeding roller 21 and paper powder on a surface of the reverse rotation roller 22 are removed.
