PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress dispersion of response time of a driver to an alarm which is caused due to a situation or a state thereof, to shorten the response time, and to perform a proper driving operation without making a driver feel troublesome. SOLUTION: A braking operation prediction computing part 204 calculates a TTC<SB>av</SB>which is an average value of a TTC when an operation history computing part 203 updates the TTC. The TTC<SB>av</SB>is the average value of the TTC when a braking operation to a preceding vehicle is performed, and it can be considered that the driver performs the braking operation in the vicinity of the TTC<SB>av</SB>. Since the response time of the braking operation is generally about 1.5 sec, TTC threshold value T<SB>b</SB>=TTC<SB>av</SB>+1.5 sec is conditioned to be outputted to a display and alarm control computing part 108. A collision determination computing part 105 also calculates the TTC based on relative distance R and relative speed V<SB>c</SB>from a inter-mobile radar 101, and a collision alarm instruction is conditioned to be outputted to the display and alarm control computing part 108 when the TTC is a prescribed value or less.
