PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular roof structure capable of ensuring the mode in which an occupant compartment and a top-open cargo bed can be used separately when a movable roof is closed, ensuring the mode in which a cargo bed area in the maximum loading condition with a top being opened from the cargo bed to the position of a rear seat of the occupant compartment can be formed when the movable roof is opened, and compatibly realizing these two modes. SOLUTION: An opening part 33 continuous to an upper spaceαof a cargo bed 7 is provided above a rear seat of a roof part 30, the movable roof 34 is supported in a longitudinally slidable manner between the closing position at which the movable roof 34 closes the opening part 33 and the open position at which the opening part 33 is opened by the forward movement of the movable roof, and the opening part 33 is continuous to the upper spaceαof the cargo bed. When the movable roof 34 is at the open position, a rear seat 15 is stored, an end panel 16 is collapsed or allowed to forwardly slide to form a top-open cargo bed areaβcontinuous from the cargo bed 7 to the position of the rear seat 15 of the occupant compartment 2.
