PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air intake duct capable of reducing the noise generated by a blower. SOLUTION: The air intake duct 1 is connected to an air intake port of a blower and an air flow passage in which air sucked by the blower flows is demarcated. The air intake duct comprises an air blowout port 7 to blow out air to be sucked by the blower, a sound insulating board 5 which is arranged on the air blowout port 7 with a space therebetween and larger than an opening part of the air blowout port 7, and an air suction port 2 which is opened on the back face 5b side facing an opposing face 5a to the blower of the noise insulating board 5.
