PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To certainly remove foreign matter such as a cut powder or the like stagnated in a bag hole and to simply constitute a foreign matter removing apparatus to avoid the same from becoming large-sized and complicated. SOLUTION: A front valve 3 is fixed to the leading end part of an air introducing pipe 2 for sending air and a rear valve 4 is fixed to the intermediate part of the air introducing pipe 2 while the periphery of the air introducing pipe 2 on the leading end side of the rear valve 4 is surrounded by an outer cylinder 5 and a spring 6 is interposed between the outer cylinder 5 and the rear valve 4 to forward energize the outer cylinder 5 with respect to the air introducing pipe 2 by weak force. Further, a communication hole 7 is provided to the air introducing pipe 2 between the rear valve 4 and the front valve 3. The leading end part of the foreign matter removing apparatus 1 is inserted in the bag hole H and, after the leading end part 5s of the outer cylinder 5 is brought into contact with the bottom part Hb of the bag hole H, the air introducing pipe 2 is further pushed in to form a gap between the front valve 3 and a leading end nozzle orifice 9 to blow air in the gap and a gap is subsequently formed between the rear valve 4 and a rear end opening part 10 to blow air in this gap.
