PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dish washer capable of preventing lather of a detergent from remaining inside a nozzle base even if the nozzle base does not sink in washing water stored in a washing tank. SOLUTION: A lather discharging part 60 is formed on a bottom face 46 of the nozzle base 13 so as to discharge lather entered in a passage 48. Specifically, a minute opening 61 having an approximately semicircular shape is formed in a position opposite to a rear nozzle supporting shaft 50 on the bottom face 46 so that its chord part faces right. The lather discharging part 60 is provided with an approximately cylindrical side face 62 so as to extend downward from an arc part of the opening 61, and an approximately semicircular bottom face 63 so as to close a lower part of the side face 62. In a right side face, an opening part 64, which is partitioned by both edges of the side face 62 and a right edge of the bottom face 63, is provided so as to communicate with the passage 48 in the nozzle base 13, and to open toward an rear end part of a heater 36 arranged on a right lateral side of the nozzle face 13.
