PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly clean and polish tokens by preventing the clogging of the tokens at the time of discharging the medals. SOLUTION: A token receiving shelf 6c of the same height as the brush bristles 5a of a lower side brush board 5 is formed by projecting the inner peripheral surface of a cylindrical body 6 including the lower side rim of a token discharge port 7 to the inner side and a projection part 6d is made to project more to the inner side than the medal receiving shelf 6c at the upper side rim of the medal discharge port 7. By the constitution, even when the tokens m enter the medal discharge port 7 in a vertically piled-up state, the projection part 6d presses the token m on the upper side downwards before the token m on the lower side reaches the token receiving shelf 6c, the token m on the lower side slightly deforms the brush bristles 5a by the pressing to form an escaping place, and the piled-up tokens m are separated and smoothly discharged one by one without being fixed between the token receiving shelf 6d and the projection part 6d.
