PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an amplifier arrangement and a method for the compensation of a signal component in the amplifier arrangement. SOLUTION: In the amplifier arrangement having a first amplifier stage 4 and at least one second amplifier stage 9, the input of the second amplifier stage 6 is connected to the output of the first amplifier stage 4. The first amplifier stage 4 and the second amplifier stage 6 are designed to be amplified by a gain factor to be set independently. Furthermore, a feedback path connected between the output of the second amplifier stage 9 and the input of the first amplifier stage 4 is provided. The feedback path is designed for generating and outputting a signal to the input of the first amplifier stage 4 for the compensation of an offset signal at the output of the second amplifier stage 9.
