PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a mobile terminal which requires neither independent driver circuit nor new space, is small and thin, and enables photographing under low luminance. SOLUTION: This mobile terminal has a photographing portion for photographing the image of an object, and a display unit composed of organic EL devices having an information display function and an illuminating function at photographing by the photographing portion.
