PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a photographing limit system, a photographing device and a photographing limiting method capable of limiting photographing within a photographing limited zone without the addition of new hardware to the photographing device. SOLUTION: A near-infrared light generating device 70 irradiates infrared light within the photographing limited zone, a digital camera 10 being a photographing limited object generates an image signal showing a subject image by imaging, and an imaging means (charge coupled device) capable of detecting the infrared light limits operation for photographing when the infrared light is detected.
