PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooler for cooling a high frequency circuit sufficiently while facilitating replacement and maintenance of the high frequency circuit. SOLUTION: The cooler for high frequency circuit comprises a package container 14 for containing a high frequency circuit, a tank 16 for storing gas being introduced into the package container 14, a cold head 12 for cooling the package container 14 and the tank 16, piping 24, 26 connected with the tank 16 and supplying gas to the tank 16, piping 18, 22 connected removably between the tank 16 and the package container 14 and introducing gas in the tank 16 into the package container 14, and piping 34, 36 connected removably with the package container 14 and discharging gas in the package container 14.
